Xbox 360 Disc is unreadable hardly any scratches?

Heey guys so my modern warfare 2 disc was horribly scratched awhile ago and i brought it in to get it fixed and it looks like they did a great job but on some maps i get disc is unreadable is there anything i could do to fix this ?
