Im 13 and dont have any breasts, how can i speed up growth?

yes girls are preasured to fit into an image. However, honey you are still young. I didnt get a chest until i was 16 and I'm a D now. You have to let nature take its course. Because nothing you can do, will change physical things from your body that are caused by natural chemicals your body produces. Don't be so self conscious. Because i have heard from multiple guys that boobs are always nice to look at, but that doesn't make or break your attractiveness. And if you only ever get small boobs, guys still like them.
