How to get rid a pimple fast?!?

Heey, i recently started breaking out around my nose area. and forehead. I'm seeing many people tomorrow, and i just hate it when they look at your pimples. So please tell me a way to get rid of them fast over night. Or even just make them show a little less. Please answer thanks!! xox
