HELP! I keep obsessing over this. Did this girl try to mock me in some way?

I haven't seen her in 4 years. we used to work together and we were cool until she had a flip out over a guy and took it out on me. now she lost weight and thinks shes the sh!t. anyway, i was at a special city event the other day and she comes up out of nowhere and says hi to me...and is acting weird like she doesnt know what to do. i get nervous and say HI! and give her a hug. she says something and i hug her again saying "its so good to see u" b/c i am nervous (was it stupid to hug her again?) . then she looks at me and pinches my cheek and says "you look the same." i have braces now...you think she was being condescending?
