I want really nice skin again, long nails and hair growth :)?

Heey, so i had to cut my nails for dancing and everything and now they arnt growing back :/ and my skin is starting to go back to ebing flawless and i want to help it if that makes sense and i want my long hair back so any beauty tips would be greatly appriecated :0
