Some ideas of a healthy life style ... eating wise ?

hey im 14 too, about 60kgs (i'm muscley though) and i want to eat healthy aswel/ heres what im doing: eating brekkie, any fruits and veggies. eating slowly so i dont eat more than i need. and just thinking to myself, is this going to be good for my body? am i going to benefit from eating this. although its hard to turn down junk food, im trying. but hey, i think if i really really want it i can have it. it should be 80% good food and 20% bad. thats just my opinion. hope this helps :)
