I need translation help! (Japanese)?

I'm going to Japan in two weeks and I have to present a drawing (I made) to the mayor of the city there as well as present copies to the families in the program I am staying for. The problem is, I do not know how to formally present my drawing as a gift. How would you say something along the lines of, "This is a gift for you." Or "This is a drawing/gift I made for you." Or anything that will present my drawing formally?
