i will do whatever it takes to lose weight and be healthy..i am running/jogging miles with my friend..and some exercies..but i need a diet plan and exercise plan..so i can finally shed weight and be healthy iam not saying i wanna lose all this weigh tover the summer..i just wanna lose some to be healthy and gradually lose as much as i can!i will do whatever it takes..please do not post anything negitive..iam really just trying to be healthy.thankyou(:
