Is Barack Obama TOO obsessed with being "liked/loved" that it has paralyzed his decision making skills?

His decision to paralyze the economy install a Socialist Govt. and tear down our Constitutional Republic is about on schedule. as for being loved he is by far the worse and most hated president in history. He is truly the enemy within.
