I revised my book is it better?

Is this going to be a story? Stories are made up of scenes, in which things happen. This isn't a scene, and nothing happens. This is just a summary of things you could let us see for ourselves through scenes. Why are you telling us all this information instead of letting us learn it for ourselves? It doesn't exactly draw us in.
