How do I stop this and be less creepy?

So I had a crush on a girl in high school and now I'm in college. Everytime I log in I look thru all her pictures and see if she put a new one up. I'm practically obsessed with her still. What should I do? She won't accept my friend request (I haven't sent one) but I know she won't because she sent me an email two years ago to leave her and her friends alone (I made a bad move and messaged her friends about her, mega ouch, and also found out her school address and sent her a message saying that I love her even though we never went on a date) and that we'll never see each other again. Why am I such a creeper? Also her friends probably still think I'm weird because I use to have them as facebook friends and I put bizzare statuses like very day even tho Im shy. FML. ya i dont know what else to say. does any of this make sense
