How do i become a pirate?

well heres the story...I'm obsessed with pirates of the caribbean and I really want to sail a big ship to an island to find buried treasure like Jack Sparrow. I also want to meet mystical sea creatures on my journeys. If anyone knows how to achieve this, please enlighten me.
