Do u like the start of my story?

Yeah, good grammar and punctuation helps, but that can get better if you keep practising, and read lots of books yourself. As for the story, it sounds like it could get interesting but, to be honest, it seems a little cliched. Unless you're writing specifically for ultra-conservative people or someone who's never met gay people in real life, why would they immediately think "oh, he's gay, he must be getting weekly pedicures"? I don't mean to discourage you, I think you've made a good start, but try not to second guess how other people will react and just try to write honestly. It helps to write about what you know, at least to start with, but even if you're not gay (or not a boy!), just try to have honest emotions about the subject and write from there.
